Limited Warranty Terms

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the official Onetenth Global website (onetenthglobal.com). All items purchased through third-party sales channels, including offline retailers, TikTok, Amazon and other external platforms, shall be governed by the warranty policies of the respective platform or authorized dealer.

Ⅰ.For Original Purchaser

Onetenth Global provides a limited warranty for each vehicle product, with specific terms outlined below. This warranty excludes all wearable and consumable parts. The warranty period commences on the date the customer receives the product.

Ⅱ.For Subsequent Owner

Subsequent or secondhand owners are also eligible for the corresponding limited warranty, excluding wearable and consumable components. To qualify, subsequent owners must present valid original purchase proof, including the original buyer’s full name and order number. The warranty start date remains based on the delivery date to the initial purchaser.

Notes:

1.An “Original Purchaser” means any customer who purchases products directly via the official Onetenth Global website.

2.A “Subsequent Owner” refers to any user who acquires and uses the vehicle after secondary or multiple ownership transfers.

3.Replacement of parts, accessories or complete units may incur shipping fees, which shall be borne by the buyer if applicable. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Ⅲ.Product Warranty Coverage

Ⅳ.Shipping Damage
  1. Although rare, products may occasionally sustain damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact Onetenth Global immediately and provide clear photographic or video evidence for inspection and verification.

    The following conditions are deemed normal transit effects and not eligible for free replacement, refund or warranty coverage:

    1.Minor damage or crushing to outer packaging;

    2.Minor surface scratches, scuffs or slight paint chipping on the product;

    3.Minor bending of flexible components caused during transportation;

    4.Deterioration or failure of wearable parts resulting from regular use after delivery.

    All shipping damage claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Claims received after this timeframe will not be accepted.

     

Ⅴ.Warranty Exclusions
  1. This limited warranty does not cover defects, malfunctions or damages arising from:

    1.Failure to operate, maintain or adjust the product in accordance with the official user instruction manual;

    2.Unauthorized disassembly, selfrepair, modification, alteration or improper assembly;

    3.Improper storage, negligent use, accidental collision, impact, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, prolonged exposure to harsh weather, theft, blown fuses, or incorrect power connection;

    4.Thirdparty repair services performed without prior written authorization from Onetenth Global;

    5.Unauthorized product returns sent without official return approval; such shipments will be rejected and refunds will not be issued;

    6.Missing warranty documentation or inconsistent, mismatched warranty information;

    7.Minor cosmetic scratches or outer shell damage to accessories caused by routine logistics transportation;

    8.Nonfactory cosmetic damage such as dents, marks or surface abrasions unrelated to manufacturing defects;

    9.Removal, defacement, alteration, damage or obliteration of the product serial number or barcode;

    10.Complimentary bundled accessories and disposable tools, including Allen wrenches, valve extenders and other daily consumable tools, which are provided free of charge and excluded from warranty coverage;

    11.Usercaused damage, including water or liquid intrusion, tire punctures, crash impacts, and natural cosmetic wear from daily use.

    Friendly Tip: Please retain all original packaging materials for at least 15 days after delivery to facilitate after‑sales inspection, return or replacement procedures if needed.

     

Ⅵ.How to Make a Warranty Claim
  1. All warranty requests and inquiries must be submitted via our official support email:

    Every warranty application must be accompanied by valid purchase verification, together with clear photos or videos showing the defective or damaged part.

    We recommend contacting our customer service team first for basic troubleshooting. Many common issues can be resolved through simple adjustments without requiring component replacement.

    All valid in‑warranty claims will be reviewed and processed by our professional after‑sales team in a timely manner.

    Replacement of core components including LCD displays, motors, controllers and batteries requires a refundable deposit. The full deposit will be returned once the defective part is received and inspected by our warehouse.

    Onetenth Global will not arrange any part replacement until sufficient visual evidence of the fault or damage is provided and confirmed.

    Important Notice

    Within the valid warranty period, Onetenth Global provides free genuine replacement parts for qualified warranty issues.

    All shipping costs, labor fees and professional installation fees are not included under this warranty and shall be solely covered by the buyer.
