1.Delivery Scope

Our products include electric motorcycles, electric bicycles, electric scooters and relevant accessories, which are mainly sold and delivered to selected countries and regions in America and Europe.

A.The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

・Processing time:

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM.

Orders before 2 PM will be processed same-day;

orders after 2 PM will be processed the next day.

1 Business Days (Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.).

・Shipping time:

All our products are made in China. We have overseas warehouses in selected countries and regions in America and Europe.

Due to the size and weight of electric motorcycles and e-bikes, overseas warehouse stock is limited. These items will be shipped from overseas warehouses first. In peak seasons, if overseas stock is out of stock, orders will be dispatched from China. Thank you for your understanding.

・Delivery time:

Overseas warehouse: 10–15 days

From China: 35–40 days to America, 40–50 days to Europe

  1. Shipping fee

For electric motorcycles

Free shipping: Poland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Mexico

For electric bicycles, electric scooters

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA, Canada

* Free shipping does not apply to islands or remote areas.

** We will cover all applicable tariffs for orders shipped to the above countries.

Below areas will have extra shipping cost, calculated on per bike:

Switzerland: €60 per bike

Norway: €100 per bike

*Please note that VAT and customs clearance fees of these two regions are the customer’s responsibility.

For other countries not explicitly mentioned, are not able to deliver.

2.Shipping Carriers and Signatures Required

Our main reliable logistics partners include: Cargo International, DSV, Raben, Myparcel, DHL, FedEx, GLS and GEL.

Due to the high value of electric motorcycles and electric bicycles, recipients must sign for delivery in person.

If you are unavailable, please contact us in advance to authorize an alternative receiver, or approve delivery to a designated location.

Packages cannot be left unattended without your prior consent.

3.Shipping issues

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated shipping time or any items are missing, contact our support team at onetenthglobal@163.com within a week of the estimated delivery date.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to the sender, we’ll investigate right away. We need to confirm it has been returned to our overseas warehouse before we can re-ship it to you.

Please note that if your package is returned because it wasn’t picked up on time or the address was incorrect, we may charge extra for redelivery or processing a refund.

Tracking Says Delivered, But No Package

Please email onetenthglobal@163.com within 3 business days of the notification with your order details. We’ll help start an investigation with the shipping provider.

If the issue isn’t reported within 3 business days, the shipping provider won’t be able to investigate or compensate for the lost package.

4.Address Changes and Refused Shipments

We do not change addresses on any order.

If you have made a mistake the order will need to be canceled, refused or return to sender, and we will charge the corresponding fee.

Once we receive the item or items back we will refund you in 3-5 business days.

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 180 USD per ebike to partially cover our shipping costs.

If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less 180 USD.

 

5.Other Considerations

Orders that include discounted items may require additional processing time.

Due to shipping restrictions on lithium-ion batteries, we cannot offer expedited shipping services.

For any third-party shipping, we are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation.

Please be sure to inspect your items carefully upon receipt, and contact our customer service team promptly if you notice any issues.
